Another nice looking VM #Zenith. We see a lot of these but that doesn't mean they are bad units. They just need some TLC, and with the improved replacement parts should be good indefinitely. At one point VM was producing 200,000 record changers a year for Zenith. The rubber driver/saddle/yoke had fallen out of the cartridge and the customer amazingly still had it, so we were able to put it back on with a tiny spot of superglue on each blade to hold it in place. Just when you think you've seen it all. Don't be fooled by the video, this thing came in completely locked up and absolutely covered in brown cigarette tar and dirt. Other than a little time consuming, it was a fairly standard servicing for this model and needed all of the usual stuff. Idler, AC switch, and a fresh needle. But then it did this weird thing where it would want to bump the needle back off the record after it landed. Wasn't too bad on 12 inch but on 7 inch you couldn't depend on it
