We cannot assume anything about anyone’s eating and exercise habits just by looking at them ❌ As a dietitian specializing in disordered eating, I see firsthand the harm that is caused by making assumptions about people’s health, character, eating & exercise habits just by looking at them. This is just one example supporting why we need to stop making these assumptions that are rooted in anti-fat bias & weight stigma. When we learn better, we do better.
