Head scratching moments on the dyno... Everything absolutely perfect in the logs. Won't rev past 5200rpm under full load with stage 2 ... Perfectly fine with the stock map... Further investigation and reaching out from IE, we have found out this is an early revision pipe which at lower power levels is perfectly fine, but on high torque setups is known to collapse. It's rare I can't tune a car correctly and they beat me. The issue with this one was i was making far too much power, unwanted power. Too much air and boost not enough fuel. The bare minimum power I could get was 287hp, with zero duty on the n75 boost control valve. The customer got a local garage to fit an upgrade actuator and they thought it was a good idea to wind up the thread on the actuator arm to it's maximum limit!! Which restricted the rod length travel less than 5mm. Joe got the turbo

Daily findings.... Roughly warm running idle, which is much worse after the codes are cleared and adaptions reset. The common thing for creating issue during any tuning session is actually caused by clearing fault codes and resetting adaptions. This will thing highlight hardware issues which the ecu has adapted to over time. Fuel trims issues from vacuum leaks is the one we see most. | R-Tech Performance Tuning
