Canning milk isn’t approved by an ABC organization. But I do what I want in my kitchen. I like to can 2%, 3.8% or even goats milk. I have also canned chocolate milk for years. Main to remember is, cold ingredient, cold jar, cold pot. Bring to pressure and turn it off. Let it come down like normal.
