Let’s look quickly at some German instruments in the shop. We have modern, as well as antique instruments available. I didn’t even put in the cello we have here! As a professional musician in my spare time, I also play on a German instrument, when I’m working in an orchestral or acoustic setting. German instruments and bows are some of the best work horses in the industry. While they retain their value, they do not appreciate nearly as quickly as some of their counterparts from France or Italy.
