This Ficus sp. tree formed this really cool root bridge across a small stream in Monteverde, Costa Rica! I'm not sure what species this way, but I thought I'd share. Some Ficus are known to have aerial roots, which can shoot out of the trunk or branches and grow until they hit the ground.
