A federal judge has now set a key deadline in the case involving former DuBois City Manager John “Herm” Suplizio, as prosecutors push for a hearing that could disqualify one of his defense attorneys over alleged conflicts of interest. According to a court order, dated Saturday, U.S. District Judge Stephanie L. Haines granted a motion giving the defense more time to respond to the government’s request for a hearing on the issue. The order requires Suplizio to file a formal response to the governm
