If your left foot is late getting down in the front and you’re landing open, try this 👇 Start in your half turn position and complete one rep — but instead of stopping, flow straight into another half turn. Focus on pushing hard off your left foot out of the back, keeping it low to the ground, and snapping it down fast in the front. Quick off the back. Quick into the power position.
