Triceps Workout Triceps Chair Dips, Weighted • position 2 benches next to each other, about 4 feet apart. Hold the weight plate on your lap or have your workout partner hand it to you. Lift your legs onto the other bench & extend your arms. Slowly bend your arms at your elbows, lowering your body & stretching your triceps.
