Rice bucket grip training is awesome. For me, anyway. I think I needed some more wrist and arm work and this was perfect. I was surprised at how good and satisfying it felt. Try it out if you get a chance! 5 gallon bucket and 25lb of rice is what I used. It works really well as as a warmup for wrist heavy work.
