Significant impacts are set to build into the state today into Friday, as a surge of warmer and moisture rich air builds north. Rain, freezing rain, sleet and snow will be expected from Southcentral through parts of the Interior, while areas of Southwest Alaska also see a period of a wintry mix. Be prepared for blizzard conditions through the Alaska Range and areas of Western Alaska. Winds in Southcentral could gusts as high as 85 mph along the Anchorage Hillside and higher elevations of Eagle R
