There are many different variations of it, but we made ours in single portions where the sago holds together better and easier to handle. We decided to make it 3 layers, with a later with gula melaka in the center which we find tastes the best. The flavour of pandan and sweetness from the gula melaka mixed with the texture of sago is just a match made in heaven. Best
