We just talked about the implications of sitting with crossed legs but what about criss cross applesauce? Well, here's your answer! Sitting this way or even with your legs crossed for a short amount of time is not going to necessarily add to pelvic dysfunction. It's when you sit in these positions for extended periods of time that patterns begin to form which leads to dysfunction over time.
