Will this ever stop?!! Cats/kittens are continuing to get dumped off of the sides of roads, putting them in even more peril. This group was found off of the very busy Carthage Hwy in Lebanon, TN. The mama cat in the video was actually laying next to the tub as she had managed to jump out of the tub, so luckily someone realized that there might be kittens inside, otherwise people might have just continued to drive on by for who knows how long.
