🔧⚡ Frequency Divider Circuit Using the CD4520 Binary Counter ⚡🔧 In this circuit, we use the CD4520 IC, which is a binary counter used for frequency division. 🔹 The CLK input receives a pulse signal with a frequency of 16 Hz. 🔹 The counter divides this frequency step by step through its outputs: Q0 ➜ 8 Hz Q1 ➜ 4 Hz Q2 ➜ 2 Hz Q3 ➜ 1 Hz 🔹 Each output is connected to an LED through a resistor, allowing us to visually observe the different frequencies via LED blinking: The first LED blinks once
