NCR chest plate part 6 Top half assembly done using ABS slurry (ABS scraps acetone). At this stage it looks rough, but that’s expected. This isn’t just surface glue — it’s additive bonding. The slurry melts into the print, chemically welding the parts together and adding material rather than just sticking it on. Once it’s fully cured, I can sand it back, reshape, and refinish it clean. If I don’t like how it turns out, I can literally re-melt or rework the area and do it again. That’s one of the
