The 4 step drill is a great tool to work on your timing and free up your swing. Follow these steps to effectively do this drill; 1- Get on your starting position and let the ball drop. 2- Do a couple of baby swings 3- When the ball reaches the highest point in front of you start your first step. 4- Throw your normal shot, your body will adjust. 5- Focus on a strong finish position.
