25 Weeks of Pregnancy: What’s Happening? Let’s explore the changes in your body and baby during the 25th week of pregnancy. Baby’s Growth • Size: About 33 cm and 680 grams, roughly the size of a cauliflower. • Development: • Fat deposition is increasing, making the baby’s skin smoother and reducing wrinkles. • The skin is turning pink as blood vessels develop rapidly underneath. • The baby is now breathing through the nose—although there’s no air, the baby is inhaling and exhaling amniotic fluid
