Double leg hamstring bridges are one of the most frequently prescribed exercises in our clinic because so many of our clients have opportunities to improve their hamstring performance!🦵 We love this hamstring exercise in particular because it requires minimal equipment, it can be scaled to several different fitness and strength levels, and it's a great gateway exercise to more advanced hamstring exercises like single leg hamstring bridges, hamstring curls on a ball, slider hamstring curls, etc.
