Pan-Fried Snapper with Garlic & Peppers Ingredients • 1 whole red or lane snapper, cleaned and scaled • 2 tbsp olive oil (plus more for cooking) • 2 tsp jerk seasoning • 1 tsp garlic seasoning • 2 garlic cloves, minced • ½ red bell pepper, thinly sliced • ½ green bell pepper, thinly sliced • 1 lime, halved • 1 lemon, halved • Fresh parsley, rosemary, and thyme sprigs (about 2–3 each) • Salt and black pepper, to taste Instructions 1.
