Was called by a contractor to service a weatherford retail store. Break room trilogy lock stopped working. The motor that disengaged latch when code was input died so door would only unlock via key. I was called in to access, and ended up replacing. Here you see me inputting the master code set to all trilogy locks of this type, until changed.
