خيلوا الفرق بين الصورتين أسبوع واحد بس الـ luteal phase (المرحلة الأصفرية) دخلت عالخط 🙃 بهالمرحلة، بعد التبويض ينخفض هرمون الإستروجين و يبدأ يرتفع البروجسترون، و هالشي يسبب: • احتباس سوائل • انتفاخ الوجه • بهتان أو تغير بنضارة البشرة • مزاج متقلب (وأحيانًا كآبة خفيفة) يعني مو أنـتِ اللي متغيرة، هرموناتك تلعب شطرنج 😅 اذا تحسين شكلك متغير او حيل تعبانة بدون سبب واضح، راجعي تقويم دورتج .. احتمال كبير تكوني بالـ luteal 👀 ‏ والمهم؟ أنت تضلي حلوة، حتى لو الهرمونات مو متعاونات 🫶🏼 (مُدربة مُعتمدة)
