What makes someone an Ulster Scot? The Ulster Scots agency says it's drawing up a list of "cultural markers" which could identify someone as a member of that community. That's on the back of a commitment in the New Decade New Approach deal to recognise Ulster Scots as a national minority rather than a linguistic one. But what does that mean?
