Nineteen-year-old Giovanni Scott of Spring Bank in St Thomas says he was the first to glimpse 13-year-old Winshae Barrett, who was rescued in the community this morning. The teen was wrapped in stolen bed linen after she was abducted from her home on Saturday in Bath in the parish. Scott says he was happy to find the young girl.
