【作為 SEN 家長的「應對之道」】 SEN 家長和照顧者經常面對不同壓力，除了感到 ”㥬惶無助” 外，一份 ”不安” 好多時亦伴隨著和難以啟齒。而因著社會制度的限制，又或某些根深柢固的傳統（錯誤）觀念，某程度上亦窒礙了大家向外找尋支援的想法。 但.... 若果沒有合適的「應對之道」，總有一天會出現「谷到病」的情況！何必呢？ ＊＊＊ 本視頻是「作為 SEN 家長的『應對之道』」講座的錄影，講座已於 2025 年 5 月 28 日（星期三）下午完成。在講座中鍾曼姿博士跟我們淺談何謂「應對策略」，讓我們了解最合適 SEN 家長自身的「應對風格」、認識「影像發聲」如何協助 SEN 家長表達，另外作出擴闊 SEN 家長支援網絡的建議。 ＊＊＊ 鍾曼姿博士 Dr. Sandrine CHUNG，香港樹仁大學輔導及心理學系助理教授、遊戲治療研究與實踐實驗室總監，擁有多年前線服務幼兒及家長經驗， 一直致力推廣幼兒從遊戲中學習及社交情緒管理教育；近年積極為 SEN 孩子和家長舉辦各類型家長工作坊及治療小組。 ＊＊＊ 主辦單位︰自閉兒生命建立發展社 協辦單位︰國際活泉基金會、信望愛福音會旺角堂、慈福行動
