I was real skeptical of teaching but glad my program manager and peers pushed me to actually going through the teacher training process and officially becoming a lyra instructor. I was scared of people not liking me as a teacher or not being able to connect with my students the way I wish some instructors connected with me. however a month and some in I already have regulars and been getting positive feedback. I love my students that come in no matter if it’s just because it’s a bucket list item

what about you??? as a Pilates instructor I give a challenging class but I’ll always be encouraging in saying “you can do this - find your lowest point” or “you are strong enough to keep going”! As a student in classes, I do notttt get motivation from the “yelling” instructors, but everyone is different! What motivates you in classes? Do you like to be yelled at or more of a positive encouragement? 🌊🌺🌞🥥🐚🌴 #pilates #pilatesinstructor #pilatesworkout #matpilates #pilatesclass
