You'll notice another rain- and snow-maker approaching northern California and the Pacific Northwest toward the end of the loop. Composite water vapor imagery, which combines the latest half-hourly imagery from NOAA's GOES East and GOES West satellites, is created with data from channel 3 -- the upper-level water vapor
