A fitness routine does not need to be time consuming, expensive, or difficult. The bare minimum routine could be 2 workouts a week and some focus on getting your protein intake up. Those two changes alone could help you to make a ton of early progress not only physically but in building the habit of a fitness routine. Do not over complicate something that doesn’t need to be complicated.

Step one, find a workout routine you can do consistently. Key word, consistently. It doesn’t need to be the most optimal if you won’t do it long term.
