If you have to wipe yourself raw just to get clean, do this. 🧻💩 Stuck poop is a pain in the butt. Literally! First, you have to strain on the porcelain throne for so long that eventually you get asked… “Ummm are you okay in there?” UGH. And after alllll that pushing and straining, MAYBE you manage to squeeze out a few rock-hard pellets. 🤬 And if you're already dealing with anal fissures… (that’s just a fancy medical term for tears) …It’s even worse. Ouch.😓 But wait! The work isn’t done yet.
