Do you tie off your threads? Yes… but also no! 😂 Great question! Personally, I’ve had great success using more of a bar tack technique instead of tying off and burying threads. It’s a method I actually teach in my Beginner’s Guide to Free-Motion Quilting book and class. By using this technique, I keep my threads on top of the quilt and avoid the hassle of burying them.
