I know, I know. 😅 You can mortar, with lime mortar, small chunks of wood into the wall. It’s a lot easier to screw into wood to hang something than to screw into your stone wall. It’s not likely you’ll be able to place one dead center on your wall, but if you’re not super picky, it can help. I just call it quirky, as old homes and buildings often are. 😀 F
