The stacking method. MDF cut to the shape of the door, stacked together with dowels and glue. Laminated to smooth over the face. Benefits: - No spring back (bendy ply/MDF can change shape once out of the mould due to tension/choice of adhesive) - No need to trim down the door once glued up (it’s comes off the CNC the exact size and radius it needs to be) | Plot Joinery
