AIR FRYER GAMMON 🍖 Recreate this incredible gammon roast made by @original_only_pans in our latest single-drawer air fryer! INGREDIENTS Small gammon joint 8 tbsp Honey 4 tsp Wholegrain mustard METHOD 1) Air fry your gammon joint for 35 mins at 180c 2) Whilst cooking make your honey & mustard glaze by combining the ingredients 3) After 35 mins, cover your ham in the mixture 4) Stick it back in the air fryer for another 5-10 mins. Let it rest before serving and you’ll have the juiciest bit of ham
