🌿 Burdock is literally one of my favorite medicinal plants! Not only do I consume it as a food quite often, I use it in so many medicines, for so many reasons. 🩸First and foremost is its ability to cleanse the blood. Burdock is considered a powerful blood tonic and has the ability to drain and move stagnant lymph. This in turn opens drainage pathways and helps to improve immune function.
