Khumbudzo’s sorry assertion that “there is no government that’s going to create employment” is not only tragic, but a deep reflection of intellectual inferiority that has engulfed the former liberation movement and incumbent government. It’s also an admission of the ANC’s total incapacity to drive a progressive developmental state that can and should anchor Labour absorptive industries in the same way done by the People’s Republic of China, Vietnam,Singapore, Ethiopia, and many other countries.A
