It’s time to redefine aging on our own terms! Society’s outdated notion of women over 50 is that we are unhappy, unattractive, and frumpy. However, this stereotype is far from accurate and fails to reflect the diversity and vibrancy of modern women over 50. In reality, we, as women over 50, are diverse and unique, with a wide range of experiences, interests, and lifestyles. We take good care of ourselves through exercise, healthy eating, and self-care practices. We may also pursue our passions,
